Cancellation/Refund Policy

The Center’s policies regarding cancellation of workshops/sessions/modules/special events specifically run by the Center, and refunds of fees paid are as follows:

• You will be entitled to a Full Refund of fees paid if you cancel at least 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the session/module;

• You will be entitled to a Half Refund of fees paid if you cancel at least 15 calendar days prior to the start date of the session/module;

• There will be No Refund of fees paid if you cancel less than 15 calendar days prior to the start of the session/module;

• If you are attending a multiple module session event and, for whatever reason, you cannot attend one or more of the module sessions, there will be No Refund of fees paid;

• If you cancel your enrollment in a multiple module session event, this will constitute a full withdrawal of your participation in that module; and

• If, for whatever reason, the Center cancels a session/module, you will be entitled to a Full Refund of any fees paid pertaining to that specific session and/or module.
